Veronica Alvarez is the Director of Student Affairs at BASIS San Antonio Primary North Central. She graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Theatre with a focus on performance and production, and also received a Master of Arts from Texas A & M University – San Antonio with a focus on Counseling and Guidance. Previously, Ms. Alvarez was a Dean of Students for last names A-L, which helped her develop skills and experience to tackle this role. In her spare time, she enjoys going to live sports events and concerts. Ms. Alvarez loves music, sports and all things art related. This will be Ms. Alvarez’s first year as a Director of Student Affairs and she could not be more thrilled to have the opportunity to assist our teachers in mastering their craft, and encouraging children to make good behavior choices throughout the year. She is also looking forward to assisting with event planning to promote a positive school culture for our community.
